The Showstopper Deck
Gatlinburg Landing has a full-width deck with a view of the Great Smoky Mountains. See the view from all seasons and especially during the change of the fall colors!
The deck has seating for six – iron chairs on either side of the deck and rattan seating in the middle with a glass table to hold your drinks.
Large Living Area
The large living area is uncluttered with an area to relax in. Two sofas, a 3-in-1 playing table, games, large TV with soundbar, and an electric fireplace.

Full Featured Kitchen
A large kitchen is available for guests to use to prepare and cook their own meals. This saves considerable cost for trips without needing to visit a restaurant every day.
Stainless steel top-and-bottom fridge with an automatic ice maker, stainless steel flat-top stove/oven, stainless steel microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal are all available for your use.
The kitchen has a full set of silverware, a knife set, cooking utensils, food storage containers, pots and pans, drinking glasses, and more. Everything is provided for a longer-term stay – even down to providing salt, pepper, and olive oil!
Coffee & Drink Bar
We take the extra step and provide guests with a starting supply of drink options!
We have both a Keurig coffee maker and a 4-cup drip coffee maker.
Three 4-cup coffee packets, three cocoa packets, and three tea bags are supplied during your stay. Coffee creamer and sugar are also available.
Laundry Facilities
The rental comes equipped with a washer and dryer!
If staying for an extended period, no need to pack a dozen set of clothes. Use the provided laundry facilities.
Four laundry pods and four dryer sheets are also provided for your use.
Two Full Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms with bath tubs.
Upgraded granite countertops in both bathrooms that match the granite countertops in the kitchen.
The master bathroom has a double vanity sink.
Hair dryers are provided in each bathroom in addition to a dispenser located in the bath tubs with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Master Suite
The master suite has a king size memory foam mattress. Well equipped with a chest of drawers and mountain decor.
Coming to the area for a special event or wedding? The master suite also has a makeup station!
Two soft, luxury bath robes are also available in the master suite with a 43-inch Roku smart TV.
